  • Women who are ready to build a solid, consistent training routine and finally feel confident in the gym.

  • This program runs for 8 weeks, split into two 4-week training blocks, with four sessions each week. Two focused on lower body and two on upper body.

    Day 1: Lower Body (Glute / Hamstrings)

    Day 2: Upper Body (Back / Biceps)

    Day 3: Lower Body (Glute / Quads)

    Day 4: Upper Body (Shoulders / Core / Triceps)

    Daily step goal: 10k

    Time: Workouts go for 45-60 mins
