Women who are ready to build a solid, consistent training routine and finally feel confident in the gym.

This program runs for 8 weeks, split into two 4-week training blocks, with four sessions each week. Two focused on lower body and two on upper body.
Day 1: Lower Body (Glute / Hamstrings)
Day 2: Upper Body (Back / Biceps)
Day 3: Lower Body (Glute / Quads)
Day 4: Upper Body (Shoulders / Core / Triceps)
Daily step goal: 10k
Time: Workouts go for 45-60 mins

Across the 8 weeks, you’ll follow a clear plan that takes away the guesswork and helps you feel confident walking into the gym, knowing exactly what you’re doing. By the end of the program you’ll have built solid standards that set the foundation for long-term consistency and results. Standards you can carry with you well beyond these 8 weeks.
